Went to Taylor's University College this morning to attend the Taylor's Asaban Festival. Picked up Mr. Giant at Uniten at 930, went for breakfast and arrived at 11am sharp at the main gate. Unfortunately, my friends Michi and Xmorfis smsed me that they will be coming after 2pm.
So to prevent a pure waste of time, I decided to turn and head to Sogo, KL instead. Why Sogo? Because I read from a website that there are Dance Dance Revolution machines at the arcade. Unfortunately, there are none. The closest one is the Para-para machine which involves hands movement which is definitely gay for guys. There are also Beatmania machine but that's just not my cup of tea.
Went to Pertama Complex to waste more time there and Tesco is definitely more interesting. Went back to Subang at 1230 and had our lunch at Burger King. At 1.30pm We decided to enter the multi purpose hall at Taylor's.

The only guy who played Stepmania on the dance pad. Quite good too.
Of course, Uniten's MPH is a lot bigger. There were quite some crowds, but not too fun IMHO. Went to the Stepmania booth and saw a nice dance pad almost like mine but it is converted from Playstation. I wanted to try it, but since a rough look at the list gave only anime's songs, I thought I'll just play it later. Honestly, the main reason I went there was for Stepmania. If I'm not playing, I can see how good other players are. But the shop bungkus early because the lack of customer and I didn't get to try it. Bleh.

Me and another pretty cosplayer. Probably she's the one with the most picture taken by everyone - Michi's nice pose.
So then a friend came, Mr. Frei. Since the live band was performing a nice Digimon theme, we both decided to do a "mini-wotagei".
Took pictures with the cute cosplaying girls. Thank god I practiced "Sumimasen, sasshin wo totemo ii desu ka" (in Malay it translated as: "Hi, awak nampak comel, saya ingin berasa bangga dengan rakan-rakan dengan bergambar dengan awak") perfectly that the girls didn't reject my wishes.
I'm more into J-pop music, idol groups and the Japanese language itself compared to anime so I didn't get excited with the figurines or anime related stuff heheh!
What the hell with the video with the guys blabbering. Taylor's thingie?
