I uploaded the video using Uniten's Library wi-fi. Compared to the internet connection at the student's apartment, the connection is fast. Even faster than my Streamyx connection. Maybe the connection is fast because I tested the connection to a local server.
And they block a lot of sites, Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Messenger (can use browser based YM), rapidshare, BLOGGER, anything that has "torrent" (can't even google the word), gmail etc etc etc etc and more etc. But youtube is allowed. Funny.
Here the speed comparison, with low connection signal strength. Taken 2 minutes apart at 10am.
And my stupid Streamyx 1MBps connection at home.
